The review is tailored to the project and its intended manufacturing process. It is not an automated printability report; the file is assessed by a sculptor and production specialist.
- Mesh integrity and problem geometry
- Scale, proportions, and appropriate detail
- Wall thickness, hollowing, and drainage needs
- Part separation, keys, seams, and assembly strategy
- Best-fit production method: resin, milling, molding, or casting
- Likely risks before money is committed to fabrication
